Delete your Andar account
You can delete your Andar account, made by Data NT LLC, at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app
- Open Andar and sign in.
- Go to the You tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, email admin@data-nt.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your Andar account. We confirm by reply and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address and sign-in records.
- Your travel profile, trips, itineraries and bookings records.
- Your conversations with Dora.
- Emergency sessions and the location shared in them, and any Telegram alert links of your contacts.
- Your Google Calendar connection (Andar's access is revoked). The "Andar trips" calendar in your own Google account stays yours; delete it in Google Calendar if you wish.
- Your subscription status with Andar.
Everything is removed within 30 days; most of it at once.
What is kept
- Purchase records from Apple or Google (order ids, product, dates), which we must keep for accounting and tax, are kept without any link to you.
- A log of actions our staff took on accounts (for example a free month granted), which holds an account id but none of your content.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription: cancel it in your store's subscription settings.
