Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Data NT LLC ("we", "us") for the Andar app and services ("Andar"). By creating an account or using Andar you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Andar.
1. What Andar is
Andar is a travel companion for solo travelers. It plans itineraries, compares rides, restaurants, tours, flights and stays offered by third-party platforms, can open a provider's checkout for you within the limits you set (you pay the provider directly), and gives neighborhood safety guidance. Its assistant, Dora, is powered by an AI language model.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app or by emailing us.
3. Andar Premium, free trial and billing
Andar Premium costs US$20.99 per month (or the local price shown in the App Store or Google Play), billed through your app store account. New accounts get a 14-day free trial of Premium features, starting when you create your account.
- Premium includes Dora (chat and voice), "Book for me" (Andar opens the provider's checkout for you), flight and stay comparison, and unlimited trips. Safety features (zone guidance, alerts, the Emergency screen and live-location sharing) are free for everyone.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
- Payments, refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We don't store your payment card.
- We may grant free Premium access at our discretion (for example to testers or partners). We may change prices with advance notice as required by the app stores and applicable law.
4. Bookings with third parties
Rides, restaurants, tours, flights and stays are provided by independent companies (for example Uber, DiDi, Cabify, restaurants, GetYourGuide, Viator, Expedia, Booking.com and airlines), not by us. Their terms, prices, cancellation rules and conduct apply to what you book. Prices and availability come from those platforms and may change. You control how much Andar may do: "Book for me" opens the provider's checkout within the per-booking limit you set; "Ask me first" waits for your approval; "Just suggest" only shows you the link. Andar never books or pays on your behalf: you pay the provider directly, and Andar never charges you for third-party bookings. A booking exists only once you complete and pay for it with the provider.
5. Safety information is guidance, not a guarantee
Neighborhood risk levels, alerts and advice are general guidance compiled from public travel sources. They can be incomplete or out of date and can't predict events. Always use your own judgment, follow local authorities and your government's travel advisories, and contact local emergency services (Andar shows the local emergency number for where you are) in an emergency. The Emergency features depend on your phone, its battery, network and location services, and on third-party messaging services (Telegram, WhatsApp), and may fail. Andar is not an emergency service.
6. Dora and AI output
Dora's suggestions are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Check important details (times, prices, addresses, entry requirements) before relying on them. Don't use Dora for medical, legal or financial decisions.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse Andar: no unlawful use, harassment, fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with the service, or trying to access other people's data.
- Don't share live-location links for anyone other than yourself, or use Andar to track someone without their consent.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. Our rights and yours
Andar, its design and content belong to Data NT LLC and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. You keep the content you enter; you let us use it to operate Andar for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Andar is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, services or prices of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Andar in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you; nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
10. Changes and termination
We may update Andar and these terms. If a change is material we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. You can stop using Andar at any time; sections that by their nature should survive (for example 5, 6, 9 and 11) survive.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Data NT LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can't be waived. Please contact us first at admin@data-nt.com; most concerns can be resolved quickly.
12. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded Andar from the App Store, these terms are between you and Data NT LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or warranty for Andar and is not responsible for claims relating to it; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
